The application

Reports

Review your portfolio, compare periods and keep a summary.

On this page

In Reports, choose a report type and generate it. You receive a dated summary of your portfolio: allocation, income, risks and scenarios. Figures appear alongside their interpretation; check the data confidence, and in a full report the missing data and limitations, before relying on the result.

What each plan includes

On-demand reports require Pro or above. Scheduling requires Premium, which is currently unavailable for purchase. AI must be enabled; generations count towards your AI usage allowance.

Four types

Full report, Snapshot, Allocation and Yield. The full report covers everything; the others focus on one angle, described in one line in the generate menu.

One window per cadence

A weekly report analyses the last 7 days; monthly and on-demand reports analyse the last 30 days.

Since the last report

In a full report and a snapshot: changes in net worth and scores, followed by an update on the previous report’s options and watchpoints.

Reports on request are kept

Every report you generate on request is kept. Of scheduled reports, the 24 most recent are kept; older ones are removed after a successful scheduled generation.

What a report containsPro plan

  • A summary, the scores and the data confidence.
  • In a full report and a snapshot, a comparison with the previous completed report of the same type, when available (net worth, health and risk scores), and an update on its options and watchpoints.
  • The state of the portfolio: the five largest spot holdings, the five largest yield positions, and lending in totals.
  • Allocation compared with your targets and tolerance bands.
  • Income and yield, with two figures: the theoretical monthly income at the current rates, and the accrual actually observed since the previous report, an approximation that positions opened or closed in between can move.
  • Alerts and signals from the period, with risks to monitor.
  • The market context of the period.
  • Scenarios: what a market decline or rise would affect, from the figures of the day. The report simulates no future value; the Projections page does.
  • Options with their numbers: each one says what it would change, cites the figures it rests on in their own unit and links to the page where they live. Changing nothing remains an option. Then watchpoints and, in a full report, a methodology section with the missing data and limitations.
Understand the calculation

Scores out of 100 summarise several aspects of the portfolio. The risk level also applies two rules of its own: it is high when exchange accounts hold at least 60% of the portfolio, and at least medium when one account holds 85% or more of the capital in yield. It can therefore be high even when the score appears favourable. Read the factors highlighted alongside it. The health score reads the lowest health factor against your own warning and critical thresholds. A loan whose health factor cannot be computed is not counted as safe: it lowers the data confidence by one step and is listed among the missing data of a full report, as is the absence of any yield position for the income stability score. When no position has a known value, the scores show "–": they would describe nothing. The change of a score since the previous report is shown only when both reports computed it the same way; otherwise it shows "–".

Scheduled reportsPremium plan

Choose a report type, a weekly or monthly schedule, then a day (from 1 to 28 for a monthly one) and an hour in your time zone. A schedule is paused or resumed with its switch, and edited or deleted from its menu. You receive a notification when the report is ready, with an email summary when email notifications are on and not limited to critical ones. Turning off report notifications in your settings also turns off the failure warnings. With connected accounts, a report due before their daily refresh waits for it, until 7:00 UTC at the latest, so that its figures are the day's. If generation fails, the reason is shown under the schedule, and under the report in the list when the report was started; a reached monthly allowance or a copilot turned off stops it before it starts. Check your AI settings. Two consecutive failures also trigger a warning; a reached monthly allowance or a copilot turned off triggers it at the first failure, with its cause. A generation interrupted midway counts as a failure. The schedule remains active.

Deposits are not performance

Net spot flows, buys, sells and transfers that are not internal, are shown next to the change they concern: since the previous report when there is one, otherwise over the period's window. A flow-adjusted change is added when a reference exists. Only spot transactions are covered, plus an account archived during the window, counted as a withdrawal of its value; yield and lending flows are not tracked. When an account's history is incomplete, the flows read as unknown. In the document, the flows line appears in the comparison with the previous report, when they exceed 0.5% of net worth.

Frequently asked questions

How do reports work and what do they contain?

Choose Full report for an overview, or Snapshot, Allocation or Yield for a focused report. Generation requires AI to be enabled and a Pro or higher plan. The list shows each report's date, type, origin and state: a report in progress updates on its own, and a failed one says why. A report opens with the figures of its period, then its sections, signed by the copilot. If a generation fails, the report says why and offers to generate a new one. You can then print a report to PDF to keep a copy.

Does the report tell me what to do?

No. Patrima does not decide for you: the report lays out options, each with what it would change and the figures it rests on, and changing nothing remains an option. The copilot only cites figures computed by Patrima: it sizes no amount and projects no future value. The Projections page simulates how the portfolio could evolve.

How does scheduled report generation work?

Scheduling is a Premium feature: pick a weekly or monthly cadence, a day and an hour in your time zone; a schedule can be edited, paused or deleted later. When a report is ready you receive a notification. If generation fails twice in a row you receive a warning (at the first failure when the monthly allowance is reached or the copilot is turned off), the schedule stays active and the reason is shown on the Reports page. Of scheduled reports, the 24 most recent are kept; reports generated on request are never removed.

Why does the report say "high" risk with a score of 78?

The score and risk level summarise different aspects. The risk level is high whenever exchange accounts hold at least 60% of the portfolio, whatever the score, and at least medium when one account holds 85% or more of the capital in yield. Review the factors detailed in the report.
