1. Acceptance of these Terms

By accessing or using the Service, you confirm that you have read, understood, and accepted these Terms and our Privacy Policy. Together they form a binding agreement between you and the publisher of Patrima identified in the Legal Notice.

2. The Service

Patrima is an informational portfolio decision-support tool. It aggregates the financial data you enter or connect, and produces analyses, simulations, and scenarios to help you understand your own situation.

The Service is read-only and non-custodial. It never holds your assets, never has withdrawal or trading rights, and never executes transactions on your behalf. Every decision you make, and its consequences, remain yours.

3. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old and have the legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement. By using the Service, you represent that you meet these conditions and that your use complies with the laws applicable to you.

4. Your account

You are responsible for safeguarding your credentials and for all activity under your account, and you agree to notify us promptly of any unauthorised use. You must provide accurate information and keep it up to date.

5. Acceptable use

You agree not to attempt to access data belonging to other users; not to copy, scrape, reverse-engineer, or resell the Service; not to interfere with its security, integrity, or availability; and not to use it for any unlawful or fraudulent purpose.

6. Connected wallets and exchanges

When you connect a public wallet address or an exchange through a read-only API key, you authorise the Service to read that data solely to display and analyse your portfolio. You are responsible for issuing keys with read-only permissions and for complying with the terms of the third-party services you connect. The Service never requests, and must never be granted, withdrawal or trading permissions.

7. Third-party data

Prices, yields, protocol metrics, and market information come from third-party sources and are provided on an "as available" basis. We do not guarantee their accuracy, completeness, or timeliness, and we are not responsible for decisions made in reliance on them.

8. Not investment advice

Patrima is an informational tool. It is not a regulated investment adviser and does not provide investment, financial, portfolio-management, legal, or tax advice within the meaning of MiCA Title V (EU) or the equivalent rules of the FCA (UK), the SEC (US), or the AMF (FR). It does not manage assets, and does not receive, transmit, or execute orders.

Its scenarios, projections, and analyses are informational only and are not a recommendation to buy, sell, or hold any asset. You are solely responsible for your decisions, and it is up to you to consult a licensed professional where appropriate.

9. Risk disclosure

Crypto-assets and decentralised finance carry significant risk. Prices can be highly volatile, and you may lose some or all of the value of your assets. Decentralised protocols and smart contracts may contain bugs or be exploited, which can lead to partial or total loss of funds. Regulatory, tax, and technological conditions can change without notice.

Because the Service is non-custodial, it neither holds nor can recover your assets: responsibility for your keys, wallets, and transactions is entirely yours. The Service's analyses do not reduce or remove these risks.

10. Intellectual property

The Service, including its software, design, and content (excluding your own data), belongs to the publisher and is protected by intellectual property law. We grant you a limited, personal, non-transferable right to use it under these Terms. Your data remains yours.

11. Service provided "as is"

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranty of any kind. We do not warrant that it will be uninterrupted or error-free, or that data will always be current. You use the Service at your own risk.

12. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, the publisher shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, nor for any trading, investment, or financial loss arising from your use of, or reliance on, the Service. Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law.

13. Termination

You may stop using the Service and delete your account at any time, and you can request an export of your data beforehand. We may suspend or terminate access if you breach these Terms or where required by law.

14. Changes to the Service and these Terms

We may update the Service and these Terms over time. Material changes will be signalled in the app or by email, with the date updated above. Continued use after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

15. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates, without prejudice to any mandatory consumer-protection rights you may have under the law of your country of residence.
